Course Description
“This pre-session course is for freshmen students. English proficiency is considered at B1 Level. The course, TABOO, is to expand students cultural sensibility; moreover, students are expected to practice conversation.
Objectives
1.Cultural sensitivity will be expanded. Students will understand that there are differences between cultures.
2.Students will be able to carry on the conversation about sensitive topics.
3.Students will expand the topic/ conversation posed by others.
4.Students will have ability to discuss different taboo topics.
Students will utilize useful conversation expressions to continue or change topics.
