本主題是以領導為討論的主軸。藉著演講、聽講與表達不同的意見老師們能學習到新的領域。希望藉著這樣的探討能帶動老師們，儘量能以啟發學生的思考和開拓他們對於什麼是領導力、領導是什麼、為什麼難領先、你怎麼能發展領導技能、是否真的需要領導人有更進一步的認識。
